Q. WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE?

A. You can simply email us at 'support@kelseythelabel.com' before your order is shipped and we will try our best to change this for you.

 

Q. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

A. At the checkout, you can use either, credit or debit card, visa, PayPal or afterpay. If you have purchased or been gifted one of our gift cards, you can use this also. 

 

Q. MY CART COSTS MORE THAN WHAT MY GIFT CARD STATES. WHAT DO I DO?

A. You can use the full amount on your gift card for your order and the remainder can be paid from other methods on our website. 

 

Q. I JUST PURCHASED AN ORDER. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?

A. Standard shipping can vary between 2-4 business days and express postage can vary between 1-3 business days. Please note that COVID delays may be expected and deliveries may take a little longer than usual.
